RUCIP English: Rules and Practices for Inter-European Trade in Potatoes
The whole body of the Rules and Practices of the Inter-European Trade in Potatoes and the Rules governing Expert Assessments and Arbitration.
Article 1.1: The following rules are, unless there is a contrary agreement, applicable to all potato business (sales, purchases, brokerage, commission, transport, storage, insurance, etc.) concluded by all contracting parties who make reference to them. Any modifications which the parties may agree should be noted in writing.
